ICBusiness has developed a very strong internet software package tailored specifically for the Small to Medium business sector. Our main goal was to make high quality custom websites available to all business WITHOUT having to resort to templates or off the shelf products. Previously businesses have had to be satisfied with either, paying exorbitant prices or, buying an off the shelf product. Both of which had draw backs. A bespoke website was always the best, however with the price tag that it came with, was normally out of reach of most small businesses. The off the shelf products were great, only normally the design was poor, didn't match your business and didn't do what you needed. Also generally only a web designer could work it. Either that or precious time and money was spent learning the internet instead of running the business.

We developed a system that enabled designers to offer a product to small businesses that was fully custom designed without the price tag! Each website is fully content managed and changeable by the business owner with enough experience to type on a computer and browse the internet. With no need for specialist training, each solution is fully manageable by the business owner once the website is complete.

The success of our solutions is based on two factors 1.) The programming behind the solution, built in such a way to allow changeable content from a central point but still allowing full design freedom and 2.) The simplicity of the system. You can change all text and images on the website (including products etc) WITHOUT stuffing up the design. Small business owners like to change things especially when they are not worried about breaking it!
 
The Start Of The Reseller Program
Initially ICBusiness supplied websites directly to the end user. This worked extremely well for us and helped us build a strong client base that we still are proud to say are loyal to us. Over time we were asked by various friends in the industry if they could 'hire' or 'lease' our core system. We said no. But they asked again and then one married the director's sister and it all started from there. We changed our system so that other developers could use our core technology with their own designs. This enabled them to still build fully customised designs for their clients yet cut back the amount of time to build the backend. As we progressed with this the designers got lazier, no offence, and started asking us to do more of the building work for them. Soon enough we were doing all the work for some and they just the sales. This is where our resellers were born.
